I recently had this thought when I was on my way home from Safeway. And as I pondered about it I thought, there’s gotta be a reason. So, here’s my question. What makes a person, choose the entry route that they do - when they go to their local supermarket and/or shopping centre. I mean - my local supermarket has about 3 entries off the same main road, yet - I only take a certain one....

The worst part about going back to work after having holidays …. is trying to get back into the routine of sleep. A regular sleeping pattern that is. I hate having to force myself to sleep. Someone once wrote that falling asleep is so much better than going to bed because you don’t get tangled up in the logistics. The whole notion of resting my head on my pillow, and slowly drifting...
